PLC control system: Based on the programmable logic controller, the PLC control system controls the feeding, filling and sealing operations by setting the workflow and parameters of the filling machine. The PLC control system has the advantages of high flexibility and reliability.
Touch screen control system: The touch screen control system operates and controls by touching the screen, and realizes the setting and adjustment of various parameters and workflow of the filling machine. It is intuitive and simple.
VI. Workflow of Filling Machine The workflow of filling machine generally includes the following steps: feeding, quantitative filling, sealing and discharging.
Feeding: the materials to be filled are sent to the filling device through the feeding device. If it is a liquid material, it can be fed by a top feeder or a vacuum sucker. If it is a powdery or granular material, it can be sent to the filling device through an oscillator or a screw conveyor.
Quantitative filling: the filling device carries out accurate quantitative filling on each container according to the set filling capacity. The filling device can adopt metering filling device, cam filling device or flow control filling device as required.
Sealing: after filling, the container enters the sealing device for sealing operation. The specific sealing method can choose the appropriate sealing device according to the characteristics and use requirements of the container.
Discharge: after sealing, the container filled with materials is transported to the discharge port by conveyor or conveyor belt, and then the subsequent processing such as packaging and label printing is carried out.
